Projects
Updated Jan 7th 2008
I am constantly working on one or several projects, since I must satisfy my creative cravings. Web development is arguably the one thing I’m really good at, so most of those projects are websites. Here’s what I’m currently up to:
Completed Projects:
-
Blood on the Asphalt
Shael Riley’s Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo rearrangement album, focusing on urban beats and rap (or at least as much of that as the community could provide). Made popular by our good friends at Overclocked ReMix. -
dailyMidi
An online archive of MIDI files, some made by yours veritably. Launched in July ‘06. -
dirtyBeta
Software release aggregator. Launched January 27, 2008. -
Hedgehog Heaven
An album featuring rearranged versions of every song from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis. Yes, I am a ridiculous geek. -
Sex Up Your Sounds
A short-lived podcast about amateur music engineering. Seven total episodes spanning probably about a half-hour worth of somewhat useful tidbits.
Postponed/Canceled Projects:
-
Palette Swap
Once upon a time this was a very ambitious and poorly executed attempt to hookup game designers, programmers and artists. It’ll never be. Now it’s just my personal website. -
Roll the Die Widget
A Widget that rolls when you click it! You can select several different dice, including 6-sided and 20-sided (for your RPGers out there!) -
Term Generator Widget
A work in progress! It’s a Widget that generates random words… more to come!! -
Valadria
A ridiculously ambitious project to make a web-based MMORPG kinda like Dragon Warrior or Final Fantasy. Insane. I’ve done a few demos of it, which are cool, but damn would this be a lotta work for a little payback. Fuckit.
